About GradePilot

GradePilot is a free collection of academic tools built specifically for students. No accounts, no paywalls, no complicated features you'll never use. Just practical calculators and planners that help you figure out your grades and organize your study time.

What We Do

We focus on the questions students actually ask:

  • "What's my GPA right now?"
  • "What do I need on my final to pass this class?"
  • "How should I split my study time between subjects?"
  • "What's my weighted grade in this class?"

Each tool on GradePilot is designed to answer one specific question clearly, with explanations that actually make sense. We include examples, FAQs, and step-by-step guides because knowing how to calculate something yourself is just as valuable as getting a quick answer.

Our Tools

Who Made This

GradePilot was built by a developer who spent way too much time in college manually calculating "what do I need on the final" scenarios on scratch paper. After graduation, I kept hearing the same questions from students: How do I calculate my GPA? What grade do I need to pass?

Most grade calculator sites are cluttered with ads, confusing interfaces, or try to sell you something. GradePilot is built to be the opposite: clean, fast, and actually helpful. No fake team photos, no invented office locations. Just one person building tools that would have been useful during my own school years.

Our Mission

Make academic planning less stressful for students everywhere.

That means keeping tools free, explanations clear, and the site fast. If you find GradePilot useful, the best thing you can do is share it with a classmate who might need it too.
